WHO WE ARE
We are a dedicated group of advisers and mentors who focus
on helping small to medium family businesses develop
and grow. We work within the UK and Internationally.
We offer a range of skills and experience which has
been gained from working with, and working for, a
substantial number of clients over many years.
Within the UK we primarily work with companies
situated in London, the South and the East Midlands.
WHAT WE DO
In supporting small to medium family businesses, the key approaches we use
include:
- Helping the management analyse the company's
relative performance.
- Facilitating strategy and business planning
meetings with an emphasis on linking family and
business values to medium and short term goals.
- Mentoring key family or non family managers
to help them implement change and to manage
conflict.
- Developing and implementing personal
development plans for sons, daughters and other
family members who have been identified as
potential successors.
- Mentoring Managing Directors to help them
develop and implement succession plans.
- Designing and administrating family business
culture and staff attitude surveys.
- Organising workshops and seminars on family
business issues.
- Facilitating family meetings.
- Organising development programmes for family
business advisers and professionals on issues
related to working with small to medium sized
businesses.
