WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
In working with clients we believe in:
- Ensuring that we define who we are working for at
the outset of each project. Generally the family and the
business, but sometimes an individual family member
working within the business.
- Agreeing on clear objectives and a timetable at the
beginning of each project.
- Agreeing on the quantitative and qualitative criteria
to be used to assess the relative success of the project
and regularly monitoring progress against these.
- Working with the business and family to identify
potential changes and helping them implement these.
- Using a range of different approaches and techniques
to achieve the project's objectives.
- Working with other public and private organisations,
including Universities and other Business Support
Agencies to improve the relevance of business support
and advice.
